Join us for our for our  9th Annual “Howl-o-ween” Pet Parade & Costume Contest in the Dimond District. Meet in front of Paws & Claws at 2pm to parade thru the Dimond business district collecting treats.  Pets & kids are welcome to participant in the parade. After the parade we return to Paws & Claws, for a chance to win some fun prizes as folks compete for the Best Human & Pet costume. This annual celebration includes some of the best dressed costumes you’ll ever see. Check out our facebook pictures from last year’s event. ODOG will be at the event to take photos for a donation.

This year we have decided to collaborate with Dimond Public Library, and have a Sat afternoon event.  Robin Goodfellow, our neighborhood craft extraodinaire will be showing kids how to make Halloween themed paper cutouts 11am-12p.  The Dimond Library is located at 3565 Fruitvale Ave. Kids who create cutouts at the library are encourged to bring them to the store after the class to help decorate our store. At 1pm Librarian Sarah Hodgson will follow with some scary torytelling.  Then off to Paws & Claws for the parade at 2pm!

Please join us for this event and tell your friends on facebook!
